Update to close out this thread. Pentair ended up replacing the entire cell under warranty with a new iChlor 30 today. I am back up and running after dealing with manually adding chlorine for about a month and that was more of a pain than I expected it to be.

Thanks for the quick responses guys. You both said the same thing separated by two minutes. I'll run on spillover mode for an hour each day and the rest on pool only. Does it make the most sense to run on spillover at the end of the cycle? Or does it not really matter?
