I've been away for a week. Before I left, I started with a fresh batch of all new TF-100 refill regents. The day I left, I bumped the chlorine up to the highest swimmable level (9). Water was crystal clear, and swimmers reported everything was great while I was gone. No one has been swimming...

Thank you, i will email the screen shots. I was surprised it suggested adding any borax since ph seems high while i am opening-shocking the pool, so maybe the negative number means it wants me to put in some empty boxes to get some borax out, haha.

Hi! I am getting strange read-outs on the pool math app. See screen shots. I updated the app and restarted my phone before i ran out of tech-savvy. Thanks for any suggestions! (including how much borax i actually need to add?)

It does not have an app or anything, just an on/off button and i can select from 3 schedules by pushing another button. I think you are right, it doesn't technically/officially do the waterline, but it is supposed to clean walls, and last year it just climbed straight up the walls, all the way...

My electrician installed my SWG part way through the season, but I never actually got around to hooking it up to the pool (above ground). No water has ever run through it. Now that I am closing the pool for the winter, it is a good idea to take out the cell and bring it indoors? Thanks!
