When the jet pump is on it feeds the circ pump. With the jet pump running it heats fine without errors. Is it possible for the circ pump to be working but not enough flow without blockage? As I don’t see how anything could have got by the filter to cause a blockage the circ pump is from 2001...

those neck jets are not on with the filtration pump (pump1) they only come on with pump 2 which never automatically turns on as you see in the pics the neck jet are much higher then all other jets, this is why I'm unsure of the water level
