Everthing is set in place. They hopefully come build the structure around the tanning ledge this week and then pour the concrete early next week.

We're in the process of getting an inground fiberglass pool installed. It goes quickly. My kids were playing in it (in only about a foot of water) last night and they started the initial dig the day before. Here's some pictures of the progress.

Thanks for the suggestions! I hadn't thought about the IC40, but I'll ask. From talking to the PB, the VS pump is another $700 (which seemed kinda high). Am I going to be really sorry not getting the VS pump? (equipment will be about 40' away from the pool. We're also debating a robot...
