Well water and am awaiting test results from seller. Pumps are off and winterized. Pool covered. It did rain about an inch the day before I took the sample so maybe that had an influence. I was expecting to see higher numbers due to the chemical bill.

I agree. there used to be a diving board with the previous ownership and the current owner stated that it was a little bit deeper than 8 feet. My guess is it’s closer to the estimate of the inspector.
