    Speed stirrer

    How can I change the batteries on my speed stirrer? I removed the bottom plate but the batteries seem to be held in place and I can’t move them. I am sure it is a simple solution but I couldn’t figure it out.

    I have a fiberglassSWG hot tub. Borates are 45. TA is 30, Ph is 7.8. When I add baking soda to raise TA, Ph rises too much. Any suggestions on raising TA without raising Ph?

    I am having trouble balancing Ph and Alkalinity in my fiberglass SWG hot tub. Borate is 45. I am maintaining Ph at 7.8 with Alkalinity of 30. When I raise alkalinity with baking soda Ph rises. Lowering Ph lowers Alkalinity. Any suggestions?
