Hello, I am having an issue with the GVA-24 actuators not working (no movement when flipping the switch). Both of them used to work but neither one of them works now so it's probably not an actuator (component) failure. Any idea how to troubleshoot this? I have run the latest firmware upgrade...

I set up the Wifi configuration on the main panel, and everything worked great for about 2 weeks. Today I got the lighting bolt on my web app, and when I checked on the main panel all Wifi configuration settings were gone so I had to start over. Has anyone else seen this? Thanks!
