Have a vinyl liner that looks to have been installed sometime in 2016, based on documentation provided by previous owner. Patter on liner seems to be slowly coming off in spots. I have a Hayward Perflex EC75 filter. When closing the pool yesterday and disassembling, I found the item in the photos inside the filter housing. I have no idea what it is or where it may have come from. Any ideas???
