Opened a case with Pentair. Initial response was you bought it end of May 2022 and that’s over 2 years. They escalated so I’ll see if that does anything.

Having same issue with high CYA. This summer switched to liquid chlorine. Leslie's 12%, with app and coupon runs about $4 gallon. Been draining and refilling water every week. Still CYA at around 90-100, so have to keep adding chlorine regularly or algae starts to form. I'm in NJ. In line...
