I mean the pressure went up in early March and had remained the same since even with backwashing etc whether the pool was clear and levels were good or not. The basket also is generally only about half full when filtering except during priming.

We tried to tape it off with waterproof tape to see if there was a leak in one of the lines. It seemed to help the gurgling but not the pressure.
