I use the Black Flag disposable fly traps and they work great for me. In two weeks time there are hundreds of dead flys inside the bag. Just open the lid and add some water. These do smell really bad after a week or so so consider the placement and wind direction.

Several PB's here requested our land survey and included our house and yard in the pool rendering complete with day, night, and underwater views. They posted their videos on a private Youtube link and sent us the link in addition to a written contract detailing everything. All free.

We just finished our pool last month and started the process in February with the actual dig occuring April 1. We ended up having to contact 7 PBs just to get 3 quotes as some came out to measure but never provided a quote and others never returned our call. There are many PB in this area...
