We have a 20x40 pool with a built-in fiberglass hot tub. The suction cover finally has cracked so I took it off and am trying to find a suitable replacement. Does anyone know where I could find this part? It screws into a 1.5" pvc female fiting in the hot-tub wall.

Did the OP ever find out what the buttons on the controller do? I just purchased, and the manual that came with it doesn't even discuss the controller unit, which has four buttons and multiple lights

Thanks for the links to a similar problem / resolution. Prior to starting up my heater in the spring, I'll get out the manometer and adjust the regulator pressure a bit higher. Seems that when the heater gas valve rapidly opens, it causes the regulator to lock - up for lack of a better word.

I've traced a no light condition to my natural gas regulator adjustment cap being installed. When the cap is installed, the heater doesn't light. When the adjustment dust cap is loose or removed, the heater lights.....Any ideas? More details below. Heater was working fine. Stopped using it mid...
