I said that mode light is lit I meant standby light is lit. When I press mode button it will not change to pool or spa. Awhile back it would stick in a mode, I had to push mode button several times before would switch.

I have a Hayward 250 pool heater. On the control panel when I push the MODE button it will not switch to heat for pool or spa. I replace the circuit boards in 2013 for the 3rd time, CE error displayed, board corrected this problem. This is a new one any ideas? Thank You
