Is there any way you can dig to level instead of level with sand? Everybody here is going to tell you not to level with sand but to dig your high areas to match the low. As far as an alternative to pavers, someone on here previously posted a setup where they used somewhat thin (1/4 inch thick)...

Re: Moving can our pool be empty and taken with us 12x36 sum Yeah, I don't quite get that...These pools are made to be taken down each season. Just be sure the liner is totally dry before you fold it up, keep track of all the pieces, and make sure nothing punctures it in the moving process.

I made lots of mistakes with my 1st intex pool, which resulted in several tears. Underwater repair patch kit (at any pool store) works great. No doubt it can mend your holes.

Hey, I also had the hose vac that came w the intex. Sucks. I bought the "spa and splasher pool vac" for 30 bucks at Walmart and it works great. It's also a hose vac but much better designed. Picks up great. Laura

You'll be glad you went through the hassle of draining this early in the season. Get it really level. Dig the high side, don't fill the low. It will be more stable that way. Again, learn from my mistakes!!!
