OMG - no! We had the worst way with that company! That was in 2006, then we forgot about it, and ordered again last year, in August I think. Order was screwed up again - and they take absolutely no responsibility for it, left us holding the bag - twice!

:o I also found an alternate method of removing baqua-Crud from my pool. I'm using non-chlorine shock - but it seems similar to your method. I found it on poolcenter.com, http://www.poolcenter.com/how_to_convert_from_biguandes_.htm I'll let you know how it turns out, we started on Friday. -...
