    Update - I replaced the rectifier for under $3 and the surge board is working fine again.

    I have this same exact problem, however I don't think the entire SWG "surge board" is bad. It seems like the rectifier has a bad diode in it. I'm going to order a new rectifier and solder it to the board, it's a lot less than the $300 for a new board. I'll update this post with the results...

    Confused about possible pressure side cleaner/return line

    So I did the dig last night when I got home from work, and I was very surprised to find that the pipe in question is connected to the main drain!? I don't understand why someone would plumb it that way, the only thing that makes sense is would be if they wanted to sometimes use the main drain...

    Amazon sale - Pentair 011018 IntelliFlo Variable Speed

    Figured I would bump this thread, I've been following the Amazon price of this pump for a few weeks now, and today it dropped to the lowest price I have seen anywhere: $809.10. I just ordered one and I'll have it Wednesday!
