In-floor cleaning systems are inefficient and do not exceed a robot cleaning capability. My suggestion for this is to convert the in-floor pop-ups to floor returns and buy yourself a robot.

TA is usually high for Well waters in general. Dont rush, TA is not that important in general and in the short term. Chlorine and Ph as said before are the important ones.

Just remember dont use any other product than Liquid chlorine(swg),Muriatic acid, CYA. That is all you will ever need.
