We just put up a 30' X 54" pool in April, it's big. It's really hard to get an idea of the size until you put it up. I did the whole stake and string line/paint thing because I had to layout the pool/deck location for the installers, it is huge compared to just being drawn on the ground .

We upgraded to a 30 gauge liner from https://www.thepoolfactory.com/pool-supplies/pool-liners?frontend_pool_size=362 when we built our pool package. It was less than $200 and seemed like a no-brainer.

We were scared to pull the trigger too lol, that's a lot of money to spend on a pool without knowing quality/customer service. We originally were going to get a Doughboy from a local dealer, but between the pool and deck, we were looking at over $40K..! :drown: I would order from the pool...

Thank you Kimats. I think I have decided to go with the Hayward Sand filter and I am going to upsize the SWG a bit to the Solaxx Saltron Reliant capable of treating up 40,000 gallons.
