We were between Tahoe Blue and Caribbean Blue. We were not adding anything to either color. We saw 2 pools of each color in person and we decided with Caribbean Blue. Tahoe Blue had a tint of green that we just did not want.

Thank you all for the input. I also called our insurance and they said no to a diving board but had to call me back regarding a jumping rock. They did say it was ok but in the end, we decided against. For all the reasons above. PB giving us credit.

We went neutral and smooth. Our PB told us the tiles with texture are harder to keep clean and asked us if we wanted to draw attention to the tile or the pool water. We also went with Caribbean blue Pebble tec. May be lighter than your looking for but it was exactly what we wanted.

I'm not a fan of red at all so I vote anything but red.

We ended up needing to add a few seat walls that will act as retaining walls. I'm actually pretty happy with the change. PB not charging anything extra either so good all around. Design only on paper so far. They haven't gotten to that stage yet.

Long overdue update with pics. they completed the stone work around the spa and the raised wall. Its a really nice travertine cut that I have not seen that before but we are pretty happy with the results.

We are already over budget so I would like to try to stay away from adding cost. Sounds like I should just go with a straight color or at least find out how much it adds. Couple hundred to thousands, etc.

I like the look of these chairs in the tanning ledge. Reclining with a cup holder would be really nice too. We did a 6ft tanning ledge and not 8ft so I didn't want the full chaise lounge chairs that take up more room.
