    Ciblanc Stirrer eating batteries--fixed

I don't use my stirrer from the TF-PRO test kit much--just a few minutes per day. I've now had to replace the batteries 3 times in less than a year. Testing the voltages of the used batteries reveals all at 1 volt--so they actually are all drained. Decided to wire up a transformer I had from a...

Threads on Atlas ORP Industrial sensor

For Atlas Industrial ORP sensor they sent me recently: despite their website claiming 3/4 NPT, it is not. The thread is something different. Can’t be certain but I think it is 3/4 BSPT. I bought an adaptor on Amazon $14 and a #14 o-ring from Ace (BSPT uses o-ring for sealing and the gasket...

    waterfall re-plumbing

I am re-plumbing my waterfalls to increase flow. The waterfalls are 3 each, 24" (Jandy). The first drawing is what I presently will have when I will bypass the filter, heater, SCG, and check valve. The second drawing is an alternative in addition to the bypass. Question I have is: is the 2nd...

    Cover lid bristles

I saw a product once but can’t find it anymore and don’t know how to search for it. It’s like a brush that attaches to and hangs down from the forward lip of a standard aluminum cover lid for the purpose of keeping leaves out of the cover housing. Anybody can steer me?

    Automation limitations

The past week I spent figuring out the ins/outs of Intellicenter. What I would like to do is have my pump be at a steady state of 450 rpm and the heater set at 70 deg. When heat is called for I’d like the pump to speed up to 1600 rpm. Intellicenter doesn’t seem capable of doing this. Is that...

    Jandy Light Compatability

Moved from HERE Had a "pool builder" try to tell me my Jandy lights weren't compatible with intellicenter. He wanted to pull out the lights and install Pentair. I was like "uhhhh, it's electric. Just wire it thru the relay." Made me wonder he just wanted to charge me more for lights and such.

    Louisville

New to pool ownership this year. Nightmare scenario getting installed over the past 3 years. Original pool builder went bankrupt. Got another to finish me up, almost as bad as the first builder. All done now, though, with a considerable amount of personal effort from the wife and me.

Two IntelliChlor Cells with one IntelliCenter?

I have Intellicenter with 2 separate bodies of water (pool & spa). I hooked up both intellichlors to the data bus. Intellicenter controlled them as if they were 1 intellichlor (presumably for parallel operations). Well, I didn't want that because I run my spa intellichlor at 4% and my pool...
