TA of 110 recommended by pool builder?

My pool builder came by today and suggested that my TA should be at 110 or so to get rid of the dust from the pebble that was installed in July. My TA is currently at 90 (the maximum according to the charts here). Will doing so actually help? Curious as to the thought process on this.

    Waterline Tile and Spillway Question

Currently in the process of getting my pool renovated and they are working on the waterline tile/spillway from the spa. I noticed after they are almost done with the spa tiling that the spillway they added isn't exactly in the middle. I measured it and on side is over an inch longer. Not sure...
