Anyone ever have a footprint or imperfection in their pebble plaster sanded down?

My pool was completed a few months ago and ever since then we have been going back and forth with the PB about the footprints in our pool they left behind. We tried to get them to just compensate us instead of messing around with it but they would not give us the amount of money we thought...

Is our SWG too powerful for our small pool?

The SWG they installed is made for pools up to 40k gallons and our pool is only 5k. Pool is over 2 months old and we can never get the ph under control no matter how much acid we add. ph was 8 and TA around 100 and we added 24 oz yesterday and ph stayed at 8. I am wondering if the SWG being...

How long after pebble plaster can you heat the pool/spa?

I talked to the Pebble tec guy today and he said we should wait 30 days to heat the pool to give it time to cure and fully dry underneath otherwise we could damage the plaster. I read on the pebble tec website you should wait 14 days. So which is accurate? The first pool I built 10 years...

Not happy with tile choice-advice please! UPDATE: Pool is finished!

When we chose the tile in the pool builder showroom it looked like it was pretty much an exact match to the pavers we picked out. We really wanted it to look the same and did not want a contrast. The only contrast we wanted was the pool water color. After they were installed they looked...
