My pool was nasty, I drained what I could (above ground, 4ft, 5000 gal) there is anout 8 in of green gunk. Do i go ahead and refill now? Try to treat that bit? Or rent something to draw n it completely so I can scrub? Or just cry and hire someone ?

I’ve had my pool about a year, did great until Harvey, then pump broke....cut to now.
