I finally got the filter to stop leaking and the skimmer to fill up, but here's another problem, the gauge keeps rising to 20 and I have the right amount of de in it, I've tried everything I know. This filter/ pump is a little more than 1 year old and I've already done the acid bath 2 times last...

I can't understand why my hayward power flow lx's skimmer basket is not filling up and if it does it surges and go's back down I have enough de and I I let the air out of the filter and it still doesn't fill up, I also want to be able to untighten a fitting but it's too tight how do I get it...
