Here is the progress so far. Will be pouring concrete monday and smooth out the yard and then fencing will be put up. 5' black aluminum fencing with puppy pickets at the bottom.

Im just not convinced I have a suction side leak because the strainer basket window is totally buble free and the pump itself is practically silent...very impressed with its noise level. The gentle churning of the water from the returns masks the pump noise completely. The noise is coming from...

I forgot to mention that I am not getting air in the system from the suction side best I can tell as the pump strainer is 100% air free and Ive bled the top vent on the filter numerous times.
