Started about 6 days ago... Open pool back up. Green. fixed ph.. Had no cya added that. Started adding bleach to keep pool above 20 at all times.. last nights drop was 4 from 23 to 19. Pool is cloudy. Brush pool everyday. Is there hope in sight are am i doing something wrong I done see..

any other ones that are good for a above ground pool 26500 gallons..

can you use a gunite pool vacuum on a above ground pool. The one with wheels an no brush.

I have a sand filter an am thinking over the winter of going to a DE an adding a salt system.. any advice on this would be great.. Want a clearner pool with less work... Budget is about 2 Grand tops..

Dont know what to think now.. went back out an hour later an it came on.. I had a hayward .. it died after about 5 years.. This motor is only about a year old.. Not sure what kinda of sand filter I have .. Guess I need to figure that out.

had it tested at the pool store one time. Im doing the testing with the kit I got here. TF100. Even got new regents to make sure my old one wasnt an issuse.

I cant seem to get my CYA up.. Its been 14 for 2 weeks.. It did rain a small amount . But seems strange. Have added 8 lbs of CYA stuff in 2 weeks an it wont come up. I got it from the pool store. Poured it in the basket as they told me to do, What am i missing..

Check water at night for drop. 1 point drop is okay. test shows in the am 2.5 CH so add 2 qts to get it back up to 5 for the day. repeat each day.. Is that about it...
