The vacuum that came with our pool will not pick up any sediment due to that fact that we have to hook up the hose and everything is sucked through a net. What are you guys using to keep your pool clean and do you have any recs on a new vacuum?

I went up to the pool shop, they have free testing. I am putting 8oz of chlorine in it a night. Should I bump it up any? Water is crystal clear.

We decided we were not going to take it down this winter, we are in southern IL. We could see how more damage could happen taking it down and moving it. Winters here have not been to bad for the past several years.

Well pool legs are down "Intex ultra frame" now to figure out how to take the ring apart. About 2 inches of water left in the bottom, I have got a laser level rotating system. Going tomorrow morning and going to get another ton of sand.

Well got the pool set up on what I thought was level ground checked several times. Well I went to work as the pool filled, my wife was at home watching it. She sent me at text saying the water was some 4 inches off. So now the pool is draining, tomorrow I will relevel and see what happens.

So I cant decide weather to use Chlorine or Baquacil. What is the pro's and con's of both? I am sorry if there is a thread on this already. Which one is easier to maintain, pool newbi here

Need to add Intex AG 16 by 48. I have a area beside the house that looks flat, except for the divits my golf irons took out.

What is the best ways to find out what part of the yard is worthy of holding my 16 x 48 pool? Once I find it whats the best way to level it? Illinois ground is hard as a rock here.
