Hello I got some free equipment for my above ground pool and I’m trying to see if this skimmer is complete. I don’t know brand so I couldn’t look it up. Other videos I’ve seen with similar skimmers have a ring around it. Is anyone familiar with this one ? thank you

Yes I’m planning on cutting foam and putting stones about 1/2 inch in the ground to make it level with the top of the foam.
