Help with power cord replacement

Long story short, I mowed over my power cord for my above ground pool. The pump is an intex SX3000 series, and has the GFCI plug on the male end. I'm trying to find a replacement cord, and am having trouble making sure i'm getting the right one. I'm not an electrician by any means, but I can replace parts just fine. I really just need to make sure I find a cord that is the right replacement. I don't even believe it has to have the GFCI end, as it's plugged into an outside outlet that is on a GFCI circuit (please correct me if i'm wrong,) but wouldn't mind having that if I could find one. Few questions:

Any idea how I can ensure I get the right cord?

This pump is 120v- so are the replacements on amazon pretty much universal as long as they meet that? If so, could I take the GFCI adapter from the old cord and put it on the new one if it doesn't come with one?

Thanks for any help you may be able to provide. I feel like this shouldn't be that complicated, but I'm dealing with electricity so I want to be safe.

Post links to cords you are considering buying, and we will critique it.

See if you can remove the GFCI plug end from your old cord to determine whether it is feasible to move it to a new cord.

I think power cords for pool pumps are limited to 3 feet. You want 14 gauge wire if your pump is 12 amps or less or 12 gauge wire if 16 amps or less.

Okay, thanks. I can def remove the GFCI plug- i've actually replaced this one before so that's no problem. Was looking at this one:

Figured I'd just switch out the GFCI end, if I even need to since it goes into a gfci connected outlet anyways.
 
That cord looks fine as long as your pump pulls less than 12 amps.

You don't need to put a GFCI on the end of the cord if it is plugged into a functioning GFCI outlet.

As long as your pump is now plugged into a standard outlet that cord will be fine. If one of the prongs on the plug from the pump now is at 90 degrees to the other, you have a 20 amp outlet. If not it is a standard 15amp outlet that has been powering your pump. Not likely that an Intex pump would require a 20amp circuit.
