My gut says it's nothing but half strength MA. That jives with the reduced fuming, and generally 15% MA etches roughly the same as 30% MA so their claim that it still works for that would be accurate.
However, they say it's a proprietary formula and I cannot find an SDS for it. Without that I'd personally find a new source of MA that I can verify doesn't have any secret ingredients.

I like the fear mongering of not being severely burned. I've been splashed / dropped many times with full strength MA and with the pool *right there* to rinse my arm or whatever I finish the job, then walk *right past* a hose to the driveway to throw out the jug, then go inside to wash with soap. I might even check the mailbox between the garbage can and going to wash off.
Everybody's skin sensitivity is different of course, but still. It's nothing like it's made out to be. It needs to be respected but not feared. Fear causes mishandling or inattentiveness which then creates problems that didnt need to be.
I also like their 'Vapor Reducing Technology (VRT)'. In some parts of the world they call it 'adding water'

If it’s more expensive and Half strength then I’d get the real stuff for less money.
*unless it's more of a PITA to return than it's worth. Sometimes the 'lesson learned' is less hassle.
