If you have a Rural King near you, it's the cheapest place. Just picked up a case of the Champion 31% for $7.99 each.
Ace also has Transchem brand and it's $9.99 to $11.99 area depending.
Hornungs True value says you need to buy 4 of them at $9.99 but the other area Ace Hardwares might not. This is the first time I've seen that. A case is a lifetime supply for most folks without the pool.
