SuperPro is a brand owned by SCP.

SCP is the largest wholesale supplier in the pool industry.

It looks like the cell is made by Hayward and it has a 2 year warranty.

It was made on the 101st day of 2024.

It should be exactly the same as a Hayward cell.

Hayward might not cover the warranty since you are not the original owner.

The warranty is good until the 101st day of 2026 if Hayward goes by the serial number.

Thanks. I emailed them to find out if they still make the cell. I don't find anyone selling a newer cell, only other pool products under the Super Pro or Superior name.

Well that sucks. I was waiting to hear back about the warranty coverage. I am looking at a couple of 3rd party cells that are around $400 but with only a 1 year warranty. I'm deciding between taking a chance with them or getting the Hayward for around $1k, which seems excessive. The last one I purchased in 2015 was only around $400. Has anyone had any experience with the 3rd party cells?

I'm also currently looking for a replacement cell for the Hayward T-15. I’m considering a few options. One model I'm thinking about is the Apex: APX PERFORMANCE V15 Aftermarket Replacement Cell fits Haywar. I'm also looking at the SuperPro, which is made by Hayward, but I believe it only comes with a 1 or 2-year warranty: Pool & Spa Equipment and Supplies | TC Pool Equipment - TC Pool Equipment Co. LLC. I've only found one online retailer that sells it. Another option I'm considering is the Circupool, which offers a 4-year warranty: CircuPool GEN15+ Aftermarket Cell fits Hayward AquaRite T15 and 940 Cell Type. I would love to hear if anyone has experience with any of these models.
 
Update: I ordered the CircuPool from Discount Pool Supply. It was easy to install, and everything appears to be functioning well so far.

The only issue I had with the order from Discount Pool Supply was the packaging the cell came in. The outside box was sealed but the CircuPool box inside was not sealed and the plastic bag holding the screws and replacement joints was torn open and they were loose in the box. I did contact customer service to find out if it was a returned item. I was told they do not sell returns. They receive the cells directly from the manufacturer and box them up at their warehouse. It was probably missed by the person boxing the order. Doesn't make sense to me. How does someone miss the bag being open?

Thanks for the info. I was wondering if there was a certain way to install the cell. I've seen it both ways with the hump up and down. Does it matter which end the cord should be facing?
