Hello everyone - I decided to join the forums after hearing consistent recommendations from other social media platforms and reading most of the articles posted on the TFP blog! My wife and I are in the middle of a 3-year remodel of a house we purchased last April in Fort Lauderdale. We are originally from South Florida and were able to relocate back to the area after spending ~10 years elsewhere in the country. While it's not a gut remodel, we are planning to overhaul all of the rooms in the house, including adding a pool to the backyard. We are about 90% of the way complete on a 9x18 plaster pool build that my wife affectionately calls a "cocktail pool." I'll make a proper under construction post later today, but l'm looking forward to engaging in the community and appreciate all of the guidance!
