My cell was acid washed last season and since opening my pool the flashing lights have never stopped going red to green. I called a technician recommended from IntelliChlor Trouble Shooting who recommended replacement. The unit was installed in 2019. He said they are only good for around 3/4 years.
Does anyone have a recommendation?

Tina,

You have a red low flow light.. NOTHING will work with no flow..

When the cell first starts up, it will flash red and green until the salt test is done. But, with no flow the salt test can not finish.

The cell could be bad, or you could just have a bad flow switch.. Or, you really don't have any flow.

Most cells last 5 to 7 years.

Show us several pics of your equipment pad and we can give you some better ideas of what to do.
