Hello all! I hope everyone's spring openers go smoothly. I'm facing a liner replacement this season. At the end of last season our Newfoundland fell off the deck into the pool and tore up the liner trying to climb back out. The pool is a 21x43 AG Aqualeader. The liner was due for replacement anyway. It's older, has a few patches, there are multiple divots and some washout in the sand base under the liner. Some of the pressure plates of the side walls are starting to show through the liner bottom. I'm planning on applying more sand to level out the base, covering the leveled sand with a pad or foam insulation panels, and adding base cove to prevent recurrence of the current these issues. This is my first replacement liner so any advice on what liner brand and thickness to use and the replacement process would be greatly appreciated.
