Have a new pool with pentair ic40. In the ScreenLogic app I have the pump with pool, and then have 2 features, “pool high” and “pool low.” When pool is selected, the swg runs. But if I use pool high/low, it shuts off (this is not dependent on the gpm/rpm). Any idea why the swg won’t run with those options or what isn’t selected? Thanks!

Your SWCG is wired to the Pump/Filter relay (Which is a must...) and that relay will only close when you are in the Pool or Spa mode..
Just because you add the word "Pool" to the word "High" or "Low" does not put the system in the pool mode..
Your Pool Circuit needs to be on the entire time you want the cell to run.. While Pool is on, you turn on Pool High or Pool Low to changes speeds.
Your Pool Circuit needs to be set to the slowest speed you ever want to run and it needs to be fast enough to turn on the cell..
When your pump sees two or more speeds, it will always run the fastest one.

Oh gotcha. So have “pool” on and then can click a feature to change to a higher speed. Thanks!!
