Hi I live in north Texas and there's very cold weather predicted with temps as low as 2 degrees! The last time we had a cold spell in the teens the manifold on my heater froze and cracked despite pumps running 24 hours a day. Can I safely cover the equipment with some kind of insulated or heated tarp or blanket?

Covering the equipment with a tarp is excellent idea and maintain pump running.
