Real jandy or rebuilt fake?

They are fine, mount them up! Extra lube is A OK.

They look normal to me. It’s a good thing they’re nicely lubed up. Much better than them skimping on the lube.

Can’t comment on the screw but I wouldn’t worry much about it. “Never Lube” refers to the marketing lingo that you the owner/consumer “never” have to lube it yourself, in contrast to the older Jandy valves that had a nipple on the side for regularly adding lube. They should still come lubed from the factory. I’d still disassemble these “Never Lubes” and lube the o-rings and the diverter seal about once every two years to keep the o-rings, diverter, and sealing surface in good working order.
