Went out this morning to backflush the sand filter and noticed the salt cell showing no flow and flashing lights. Any ideas of what might be going on? Thanks!

The video is still throwing errors.
No flow is either a bad flow switch or you inadvertently redirected the flow bypassing the cell. (For example during backwash).
Which lights are solid and which are flashing ?
What does the easytouch report?

Here are screen shots from the video. The top two lights flash back and forth between the two. The third light is staying solid red.

Keep in mind that every 12 hours the cell will reset and go back through its start cycle. The lights will flash like a railroad crossing until the start up cycle is done. Can take 5 to 10 minutes.
Assuming that is not the problem, then the first thing to test is the actual flow. Without flow, nothing else will work.

+1. My old unit gave up completely with no flow and only the flow light would be lit (red). I just went out and rebooted the cell with no flow and it's trying to get the salt reading like OP.
@Eyetattoo are the returns flowing ?
Returns are flowing and this video was taken after the cleaning cycle was going for roughly 30 mins. Normally they flash like that for 5 mins or so.

I had one IC40 where the flow switch actually came apart inside the cell..

Cleaned and checked the unit this morning, the switch is still there but now thinking the sensor is bad. Ordered a new one that will be here tomorrow so fingers crossed that will fix the issue.
Replaced the flow switch and all is good again, thanks for the help.
