Hi! My husband takes care of our pool himself and this morning looks like the screw on lid that leads to the pump is spraying water everywhere, the pool lost alot of water in a short period of time. Is this something we can fix ourselves? Most of the pool companies have a weeks wait time for repair and scared our water will turn green fast!

The pump basket lid does not appear to be properly installed. Remove it, lube the oring with Pool Lube, and reinstall.
