Tampa Pool Build (Almost Completed) - Pebblesheen Completed and Water Filled

Glad you got most everything done.

How is the solar thermal working? In particular over the cold months. Did the 10 panels provide adequate heat?

Thanks

The solar has been great. Last year ended a bit early mostly do to the hurricanes and then the cold night. So wasn't able to swim between October and Feb. Didn't have a cover during those times.

So far we have been swimming since the beginning of March with the water temperatures around 78 to 87. We decided to also get a cover to help reduce the heat lost since we have been getting cooler night temps. So far with a cover we have been able to keep the temps around 88 to 90 degrees during the day with a couple degrees drop at night. Last weekend I accidentally bumped the solar controller up and end up with 95 degree.

The solar cover so far is working great. I think it would help over the colder months.
