I'm pretty sure that it is a Nidec motor.

Fir Top Management defines the customers as Company's assets and wants to operate with the aim to increase and improve their level of satisfaction and loyalty towards the company.

I would contact them for a replacement.

The Hayward looks like a custom model for Hayward.

It might be the Nidec Motor Corp Aqua Shield Pro TEFC C-Flange Threaded Pool & Spa Motor

This Jacuzzi also looks like a Nidec motor.

Hayward imports the motors from Italy and then they assemble the parts into a pump.

The shroud is going to get damaged sometimes and they have to have spares available.

Hayward has spares on hand and they should be able to send you one.
