R-8070 still good?

Attached is a pic of my R-8070 powder. I store it indoors but it still clots up. When I do a FC test some clots do not disolve all the way. The powder used to be a lighter purple but turned dark pretty quick. Also my test container doesn't get clear anymore. Is my powder still good/usable? Any suggestions? Thanks.

As long as it turns the sample red it is usable.

Use some rubbing alcohol to clean the test vial.

Rinse the vial out with fresh water and dry it inside with a paper towel in the future.

FWIW, I now keep my R-0870 powder (in it's original/round container), in yet another small Tupperware container. I also place one of those small desiccant packs in there to help absorb moisture. If my powder gets clumped-up, I place it in a small sandwich bag and crush it well, then put it back in its round container.

Mine is in a ziplock with the first 2 small silica packets that came with something else. Once the bag is burped it fits right where its supposed to.

I keep mine in its original round container in the original large white plastic kit. I store it indoors in a kitchen cabinet. I just emptied it today on the counter and crushed all the clots and put it back in the round container. I'll look around the house for one of those packets and stick it in there. Thanks all.

FWIW - I began the "Snack Size" zip lock bag with silica pack for the DPD powder last year. Powder stays all white and dry.
