Just to wrap up. I looked and noone would take over a build mid way. One month shy off the dig anniversary we had water. One month post the dig anniversary we are swimming but the fine details are not done. I ended up doing most of the cleanup which was a wreck in my yard with lunch wrappers and beer caps. Very little recourse other than patience. The pool house build is not a premium quality despite a premium price but I did get 5,000 back on that. Just curious but what is the typical margin on a pool? It would be hard to communicate much worse than this PB, yet he and every other one are covered up.
