My SWG Will Not Stop Boosting

I have a new pool. It was opened May 2022. Today, I tested the water and my salt levels are very high, so I was going to dial back 10 percent. However, when I went to my Jandy SWG it was constantly boosting. I could not get it to stop.

Does anyone know what I can do to turnoff the booster?

I assume you meant the Free Chlorine (FC) levels are 'high'. Salt in a SWCG pool does not change unless you have pool overflow or drain water.

Is there an automation system controlling the SWCG?

It is the AquaPure.

OK -- to turn on Boost you press the Temperature button.

Have you tried to remove power completely from the unit and see if it resets itself?
