Brand new Hayward Pool Pump - hearing humming noise inside house

Changed my pool pump this year to a brand new Hayward 1hp super pump. On the side of my house where my pump is I can hear the pump from inside my house. It’s a low humming noise. There is a vibration pad that is here from the previous owners, but I can still here it. My wife barely hears it and it doesn’t bother her, but it’s driving me crazy. Any suggestions? Pictures attached.

I think the blocks the pump is sitting on are amplifying and conducting vibrations.

Change the pump for a 2speed pump or VSP that you can run on low speeds.

Change the blocks if you don’t want to change the pump.

Or turn up the music in the house.

There is a way to isolate pump vibration by using a pad mounted on springs and elastomeric joints for the plumbing which will accommodate the pump movement on the spring pad as well as isolate the plumbing from pump vibration, thus much less noise. Unfortunately, the elastomeric joints are very expensive.

Another option is a motor speed control like these: https://www.grainger.com/category/m...w5ClcXrmt9JY7eHrMpBoCQssQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds

Still not cheap but a lot less than the elastomeric joints.

The question is are you hearing pump noise which is a motor working or is there an actual vibration traveling into the house and that's what you're picking up. You need to look at the total system with all the pipe and hook up about the complete system. It can travel into the house wall from the electrical box..... don't just look at the pump. Somewhere there's something touching and letting it travel.
