Help with spa jets

Randy’s spa has much better water flow mixing with the air. Does it have a dedicated jet pump?

Is the water flowing out of the spa jet in Peters video with the air?

What is the pump setup for Peters spa jets?

Unless a pump is running, that's all you get. Blower just shoves air, pump moves water to carry the air into the spa.

I was in my spa tonight and did a test.

With just the air blower on and no water flowing through the jets it looked like Peter's spa.

With the dedicated spa jet pump on and blower on it looked like Randy's spa.
