I'll go first:
1. Easy leak detection: When the water level is noticably lower, so you refill it, and the salinity level is the same as your starting level - showing a definite evaporation and not a leak!! WIN.
2. Forgot to add nightly chlorine: When you realize 2am into a night out that you didn't add chlorine - it's okay because SWG.
 
Because I learned about chemistry here 7 years later. For fun. I had my first swamp when the cell reached end if life and I couldn't press a button to fix it
