All done!

@Oona ...some advice for you...If you are able to...spray the copper bowls before installing them! I wasn't able to b/c the PB showed up with them and installed the same day and I left them for ONE week thinking they would be ok...well they already started to patina. So first I had to clean them, then I could spray which led to another issue...I protected the travertine but the mist from the spray wound up in the pool as clumps. I fished out a lot of it but didn't get it all. So a 30-minute project turned into like 2 hours.

Sorry you ended up having to clean the fire bowls-but thanks so much for the heads up for sure

Thank you-yes, I had them use the full sheet there since it seemed to fit perfectly. My PB said it was a little unconventional and may look odd but I was like “naw” I’m going for it!
I've never seen it before. I think it looks awesome. It's a nice custom touch.

We appear to have hit a wall with our builder. I was told by PB that they would be out last Friday or Monday to finish digging the plumbing trench to equipment pad. Well Friday there was a major fire in our area but evacuations were only voluntary. My PB called that night to check in with us and see if we were ok bc the fire was pretty big news and I immediately thought to myself-he just wants to see if he can reschedule the dig but I decided to think positively and that, that wasn’t the motive. I made sure to tell him that our neighborhood is just fine and there wasn’t even visible smoke in the sky any longer. Well so much for positivity those 2 days came and went and when I called our PB Tuesday he said they would “for sure be out tomorrow” which was Wednesday and when they didn’t show I called PB back and was told “they are promising tomorrow” which is today and of course they are a no show and won’t return calls or answer texts. Quite annoyed with this run around and don’t appreciate the dishonesty from them
