rusting bond clamp

The pic below shows the clamp I used to bond my wet niche brass conduit to my light ring. I bought it at Homedepot. I've got a salt water pool I just filled up and the clamp is rusting. Did I get the wrong clamp and what should I use? Also does it need to be coated with anything? (The same brass pipe is clamped similarly on the outside of the niche to a bond wire circling the pool under the deck and going back to the pad.) Thanks.

Here's the rust coming out of the light. Disregard the dark spot. That's just the lighting in the pic. I took the light out twice and vacuumed. It appears to be coming from where the clamp is. I'll probably take it out and look at it although it's not easy to get to with the water in. I wonder if I bought the wrong kind of clamp. I included a pic of it previously. I also wonder if it should be covered with some kind of compound. I did file the brass conduit to get a good connection with the clamp. It doesn't seem to me that would leave iron filings. I don't see any rebar exposed.

I don’t see any rust on it either. Looks like brass. Are you sure the stain is rust? Maybe try a vitamin c tablet on it.

Below is the pic of the clamp I took out over a week ago. I took the light out and it's resting on the deck. No rust in the pool anymore. I thought the screws were brass but it looks like one at least has rusted. What kind of clamp should I buy and brand so I don't have this problem again. I both this at HomeDepot.

It should have been brass.

The clamp itself may be brass, but the screws are not stainless steel (those clamps come with standard steel screws) and will cause the issue you are seeing. While the brass clamp itself (if it is brass and not just coated) won't rust, the rust coming from the screws can damage it. I've seen rust grab ahold of PVC and cause problems. The clamp Turbo1Ton is what you need to be sure.
